During her studies at the internationally renowned School of Art, Media and Design, documentary photographer Leah Millinship completed a series entitled BirthWorks which celebrates the unique journey of childbirth for a collection of women within South Wales. Her sensitive photograph approach gathers the emotional and transformative journey, to be eloquently revealed in beautiful, mesmerising images. Now a post-graduate Master in Documentary Fine-art Photography, her sensitivity to this momentous journey allows her to explore the role of lived experiences within photographic-art.
