The acceptance of the booking outlined on the booking form, once completed, is based on agreement by the client of the terms and conditions stated herein.

The wedding date on the booking form is reserved when leahphotography receives a signed booking form plus the relevant booking fee.

A booking fee of £195 - £295 is required to be paid on the placement of the booking. This is a non-refundable/non-transferable payment which is deductible from the cost of your package.

The balance of your payments, as shown on the booking form, will remain outstanding for all cancellations unless notice of cancellation is received in writing more than 12 weeks before your wedding date. If the contract has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of leahphotography (death, sickness, pregnancy or other medical condition etc) liability will be limited to a full refund.

In the event of unforeseen emergencies such as accident or extreme illness for Leah Millinship herself every attempt will be made to ensure a photographer be present. If this occurs, a refund of 25% will be made, of the total value of the agreed package

All original digital materials remain the property of the photographer, Leah Millinship. It is understood that the copyright of all and any photographs belongs to Leah Millinship of leahphotography. It is also understood that your wedding photographs may be used for promotion, awards and display purposes by leahphotography.

All reprints, framed pictures and parent albums will be at the price current at the time of ordering.

Although the photographer and any assistants shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of their duties, it is understood that, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record, Leah Millinship will only be responsible for the return of all money paid to date, although every effort will be made to retake the photographs. Leah Millinship will not be held liable for any loss of photographic record after this time. Image content can not guaranteed, although your photographer will take reasonable care to capture specifically requested photographs that will be discussed and agreed prior to the wedding day.

Digital enhancement and manipulation is carried out at the discretion of leahphotography.

Design of the wedding album is completely unique for each client and decisions are left to Leah Millinship only. Inclusion or exclusion of family members or friends much be discussed at the time of the viewing as no changes can be made once the album is completed. Following the viewing, any discussed favourite photographs will endeavour to be included in the album but as mounts and page design is limited, can not always be included.

Any cropping and resizing of images for albums or prints is done at the discretion of leahphotography and is not open for interpretation or suggestions.
